ContentFlow AI Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. These terms govern your use of our AI receptionist service and website at contentflowai.pro.
ContentFlow AI provides an AI-powered receptionist service that responds to customer enquiries on behalf of your business via WhatsApp, email, website chat and other connected channels. We set up, maintain and operate the AI on your behalf.
By using ContentFlow AI, you agree to:
Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice to hello@contentflowai.co.uk. No refunds are provided for partial months already paid.
ContentFlow AI is provided as a tool to assist your business. We are not liable for any lost revenue, missed bookings, or business losses arising from service interruptions, AI errors, or misuse of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the previous 3 months.
All technology, software and content provided by ContentFlow AI Ltd remains our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your business data and customer information.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
